1. What these sites are
The SAME hub (staking and token information), the SAME DEX (swaps, liquidity, a bridge to Solana) and SAME Striker (an on-chain football manager) are web interfaces to smart contracts deployed on KleverChain mainnet. The contracts execute what you sign. We publish the contract addresses on the token info page and the source code of every contract lives in our repository.
2. Not financial advice, no guarantees
Nothing on these sites is investment, legal or tax advice. Prices, APRs, reward estimates and tier benefits are shown as the contracts and our indexer report them at that moment and can change or be wrong. Where we cannot get a number we show none rather than a stale one. Rewards are paid by contracts from pools that can run out.
3. Risks you accept by using the sites
- Smart-contract risk. Our contracts have not been audited by an independent firm. They are tested (about a thousand automated tests run on every change) but a bug or an exploit could lose funds held in them.
- Irreversible transactions. Everything runs on mainnet. A swap at a bad price, a stake you did not mean to lock, a transfer to the wrong address: none of it can be undone by us or anyone else.
- Locked staking. Staking positions are time-locked. Withdrawing early forfeits the reward and pays a penalty on the principal, as the staking page shows before you confirm.
- Bridge and relayer risk. Moving SAME between KleverChain and Solana depends on a relayer we operate. If it is paused or fails, transfers can be delayed; the bridge page shows its status and offers a recovery path for stranded transfers. Bridged wSAME on Solana is only worth what the bridge can redeem.
- Custodial game wallet (Striker). If you choose "play instantly" with a Solana wallet, our backend creates and holds a KleverChain wallet for you and signs game transactions on your behalf. That wallet is custodial: we hold its key until you export it or migrate to your own wallet. Do not keep more in it than you need to play.
- Price and liquidity risk. SAME and the tokens paired with it are thinly traded. Prices can move sharply and a swap can execute far from the quote if liquidity is low; set your slippage tolerance accordingly.
- Third parties. Wallets, RPC providers, WalletConnect and the Klever network itself are not ours. An outage or a bug there affects the sites.
- Game outcomes. Striker matches are simulated by the contract from a seed. Results, injuries and rewards are what the contract computes; wagers on duels are paid to the winner by the contract and cannot be reversed.
4. Your responsibilities
- You are at least 18 and permitted to use these services where you live.
- You keep your seed phrase and keys secret. We will never ask for them.
- You verify what you sign. The asset id of SAME is
SAME-3LRL; check it on KleverScan before trading. - You do not use the sites to break the law or to attack the contracts, the backend or other users.
5. Availability and changes
We may pause trading, the bridge or the on-ramp during maintenance or an incident, and we may change or retire features. Contracts can be upgraded; when they are, we say so on the hub. We can update these terms; the effective date at the top changes when the text does.
6. Liability
The sites are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using them, from the contracts, from the networks they run on, or from third parties. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
