Privacy Policy — SAME websites

1. Who we are

The SAME websites ("we", "us") are operated by SAME. Questions? Contact wantsame1337@gmail.com.

2. What we process, and why

2.1 Your public wallet address

When you connect a wallet, the sites read its public address to show your balances, positions, club and rewards. The address is public on KleverChain already. It is stored in your browser so you stay connected between visits, and it is sent to our backend with the usage events below.

2.2 Usage events (first-party analytics)

The sites send a small number of named events to our own backend at api.want-same.com: for example that a page was visited, a wallet was connected, a swap or stake was submitted or completed, a match was started, or an error occurred. Each event carries:

• the event name and a few properties about it (for instance which tokens were swapped);
• your public wallet address, when one is connected;
• a random browser id (same_anon_id) we generate and store in your browser. It is not derived from anything about you and it changes when you clear storage or use another device;
• when you arrive from another SAME product, which product and which link sent you (ref and src), then removed from the address bar.

We use this to see how many people finish each step, where they stop, and which parts of the sites break. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell or share it. No third-party analytics service receives it.

2.3 Error reports

When something fails, the site sends the type of error, where it happened and the page path to the same backend. The query string of the address is never included. Error reports are limited to a handful per visit.

2.4 Cookies and browser storage

• same_wallet_hint — a cookie on .want-same.com, 30 days, holding only your public wallet address so the other SAME sites recognise you without a second connect. It contains no credential and cannot sign anything.
• Local storage in each site for your connection state, preferences (fee token, dismissed guides), the random browser id, and a session-scoped note of the last referral seen.
• Striker only, for Solana users who choose the "play instantly" game wallet: a session token (gw_session_token), valid 24 hours, that lets our backend sign game transactions for the wallet it created for you. You can export that wallet's key or move to your own Klever wallet at any time from the game-wallet panel.

2.5 Hosting analytics

The sites are hosted on Vercel. When enabled, Vercel Web Analytics records anonymous page views and performance timings without cookies. Vercel's privacy policy applies to that processing.

2.6 What we do not collect

• Your seed phrase or private keys. They never leave your wallet.
• Name, email address, phone number or other identifying details.
• Precise location.
• Advertising identifiers. We run no ads and no ad trackers.

3. Data on the blockchain

Every transaction you sign (a swap, a stake, a bridge, a match, a transfer) is published on KleverChain, and bridged tokens on Solana. Those networks are public and permanent; we cannot edit or delete what is written there.

4. Services the sites connect to

Your browser talks directly to these services. Each sees your IP address and the request it serves; each has its own privacy policy.

• Our backend (api.want-same.com) — prices, indexed activity, usage events, the SOL on-ramp and the Striker game wallet.
• KleverChain (api.mainnet.klever.org, node.mainnet.klever.org) — reading chain data and broadcasting transactions, partly through a relay on our own domain.
• Solana RPC (by default solana-rpc.publicnode.com) — on the DEX bridge and in Striker for Solana wallets.
• WalletConnect — only when you connect a mobile wallet through it.
• DiceBear (api.dicebear.com) — generated avatar images.
• Vercel — hosting, and analytics as described above.

5. Retention

Usage events and error reports are kept for as long as we need them to understand how the sites are used, and are not linked to anything beyond the wallet address and browser id described above. Browser storage stays until you clear it or disconnect.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA you can ask what we hold against your wallet address and ask us to delete it; write to the address in section 1 from a message signed with that wallet, or include a recent transaction hash so we can be sure it is yours. Clearing your browser storage removes the random browser id and everything stored locally.

Transactions on public blockchains cannot be removed.

7. Children

The sites are not directed at persons under the age of 18.

8. Changes

The current version is always at www.want-same.com/privacy. The effective date at the top changes when the text does.
